We are open 24hrs a day but our appointment times are 8.30am to 7.30pm divided between the vets on duty. Outside these hours there is an extra charge for consulting. A pet can be seen 24hrs a day but outside appointment hours an emergency fee applies.

A specialist emergency service is operated by VetsNow, who work through the night using our premises and equipment, thus allowing our own staff to be fresh during the day.

In our branch surgery in James Street, Newtownards the opening hours are as follows:

9.00am - 9.30am

6.30am - 7.00pm
