Earlswood Veterinary Hospital as it is today originated as a small practice founded in Chichester Street, Belfast in the late 19th Century, moving to its present home on the Belmont Road in 1970, where it upgraged its status to become a veterinary hospital. The nature of practice changed from originally mainly horses and farm work to now a pure small animal practice, developing all the time to keep up with modern standards without losing the personal touch. We also have a branch surgery, located in James Street, Newtownards, enabling us to extend our standard of veterinary care into North Down. In late 2004 we amalgamated with Hollygate Veterinary Clinic in Carryduff, where Greg Dunlop and his team provide a new area and new ideas to use in the hospital in Belfast. As a registered Veterinary Hospital inspected regualrly by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, we adhere to high standards of facilities and equipment. We are also automatic members of the British Veterinary Hospital Association. This simply ensures quality and credibility in a rapidly advancing field. | ||||
