MRI Scan Dates 2012

MRI Scans are carried out on a Tuesday each month on the following dates:-

10th April (Confirmed for Easter Tuesday) 2012

8th May 2012

5th June 2012 (Awaiting date confirmation - may be rescheduled)

3rd July 2012

31st July 2012

28th August 2012

25th September 2012

23rd October 2012

20th November 2012

18th December 2012

All MRI cases must be referred by your own Vet who will need to complete and forward an MRI Referral Sheet  and a clinical history to Earlswood and arrange an appointment for you to attend on one of the above days.

Referral MRI cases pay Earlswood Veterinary Hospital on collection of the animal. 

Should an Insurance claim form need to be completed, please bring it with you on the day and we shall send it for reimbursement directly to you

The MRI Neurologists report is forwarded from the MRI Supplier directly to the Owner’s Vet usually within 7 to 10 days.
